Text-message consent for estimates and scheduling

Review how Junk Huggers uses SMS for estimate follow-up, scheduling updates, and service communication.

SMS consent

Consent language

You may choose to receive transactional text messages from Junk Huggers by checking the optional SMS consent box on either public request form: the Contact (/contact) form, or the photo estimate request form at /estimate. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default, and you may submit a service request without checking them. If you do consent, you will receive messages related to your specific service request — estimate follow-up, scheduling, arrival/ETA updates, job-status updates, and post-job follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

How consent works

Consenting to SMS is always optional and is never a condition of purchasing or receiving service. We enroll a phone number in recurring service-related text messages from Junk Huggers only when you check an optional SMS consent checkbox on one of our public request forms: the checkbox on our public Contact (/contact) form, or the checkbox on our photo estimate request form. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and are never required to submit the form, and submitting either form with the box left unchecked does not enroll you in any recurring messaging. Booking does not collect new SMS consent. Booking itself never sends a text — it only creates the request. If valid consent is already on file for that phone number and you have not opted out, later job-related texts such as confirmation, scheduling, arrival, and completion are sent only after a fresh consent check at the time each message goes out.

SMS consent

What texts are for

If you consent, texts cover estimate follow-up, scheduling, arrival/ETA updates, job-status updates, and post-job follow-up. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further text messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. You can also request service by phone or email instead of SMS at any time.

The opt-in label, as text

I agree to receive transactional text messages from Junk Huggers about my service request, including estimate follow-up, scheduling, arrival/ETA updates, job-status updates, and post-job follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase or receive services. See Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

This is the same optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox shown on the contact form and on the photo estimate form in the screenshots on this page. Consent to text messaging is never required to request an estimate or to book service.
