Our issue was a steaming pile of mulch, and while we did not end up using them even with the reasonable estimates, Travis offered to help ME post it on FB marketplace. Now that's "giving the pickle" if you've seen the corporate propaganda from the late 90s early 2000s. I still use that phrase though :).”

“We totally underestimated our backyard project. We loaded up a trailer full of old sod & dirt, only to realize it was way too heavy for my friend's truck to safely pull—the bed was basically touching the ground. We were stranded with about 5 tons of dirt until I called Junk Huggers. I went to their website, used the AI estimator, and it actually had an option specifically for heavy dirt loads. It gave me a super accurate, upfront price instantly. They bailed us out of a massive headache, and got it done fast.and their response & update time was on point. Absolute lifesavers!”

“I had an excellent experience with JunkHuggers in Bend, Oregon. They were incredibly prompt and managed to empty a two car garage that was absolutely stuffed to the brim in just under two and a half hours, which was seriously impressive. What really stood out was their commitment to donating usable items. They made two charity runs and one junk run, and it was clear they really know the local donation spots well. At one point they even mentioned a Christmas specific charity and took a huge load of holiday decor there, which I thought was amazing. They were also able to schedule me just two days after I first called, which was a huge relief. Pricing was extremely reasonable and clearly explained upfront, with no surprises at all. On top of all that, they were just genuinely good people to work with. Travis’ mission to keep items out of landfills is something I really admire, and it shows in how they operate. I cannot recommend him and his crew highly enough. 10/10 would use them again.”
